Database fails to create with below error

Reason:

fs.aio-max-nr value was set low in /etc/sysctl.conf.


fs.aio-max-nr = 1048576

As per Oracle standard, set fs.aio-max-nr to  3145728

fs.aio-max-nr= 3145728

Solution:

1. update fs.aio-max-nr in /etc/sysctl.conf with root user
vi /etc/sysctl.conf
#fs.aio-max-nr = 1048576
fs.aio-max-nr = 3145728

2. Run /sbin/sysctl -p to make it permanent
